Globl Travel ("Globl Travel", "we", "us") shares travel content — videos, destination guides, and trip inspiration — across social platforms, and is building AI-powered travel apps that help people plan and book trips. These Terms govern your use of globltravel.com, our social media accounts, and any apps or waitlist features we offer (together, the "Service").
By visiting globltravel.com, following or interacting with our social accounts, joining our early-access waitlist, or buying a Country Guide, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to join the waitlist or otherwise interact with the Service.
Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access to upcoming Globl Travel apps and features. It is not a purchase, subscription, or guarantee — launch dates, features, and pricing are subject to change, and we may modify or discontinue early-access programs at any time.
Country Guides are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Each guide is a PDF, priced on the guides page and charged in euros; any other currency shown alongside is an approximate conversion, not the amount your card is billed.
Delivery is immediate: the file is available to download as soon as your payment clears, and the download link we give you stays valid. Because the guide is a digital file supplied at once and with your express agreement, your 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun — you confirm this at checkout before paying. If the file is faulty, fails to download, or is not the guide you paid for, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you.
A guide is licensed to you for your own personal travel use. You may keep it, print it, and put it on your own devices. You may not resell it, republish it, or share it publicly.
Videos, images, copy, and branding published by Globl Travel are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share our public posts through normal platform features (like, share, repost) but may not reproduce or repurpose our content commercially without permission.
We publish content to and interact with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globl Travel won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
